Legal Assistant Position

Our Barrhaven Law Office has a legal assistant position available for a motivated team player looking to join a business law firm with offices in Ottawa, Barrhaven, Winchester, and Orlando. 

 At ConductLaw we believe that the practice of law is evolving and we are seeking individuals who are like minded and interested in helping us provide our clients with the best possible advice and service.

The role requires a trustworthy and reliable individual with a good sense of humour who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, including our entrepreneurial client base. The successful candidate will be organized and particular with respect to carriage of our corporate client files.

Generally, the hours of work are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, overtime work may be required from time to time to meet client needs. Salary commensurate with experience.
