Corporate and Real Estate Assistant

Our Barrhaven Law Office has a legal assistant position available for a motivated team player looking to join a business law firm with offices in Ottawa, Barrhaven, Winchester, and Orlando.

We are looking for someone who can handle all aspects of a real estate closing. Experience with Unity, Conveyancer, PC Law are essential. We also have a great deal of corporate work that we do and the position will enjoy access to all of our corporate work along with our thriving wills and estates practice.

The role requires a trustworthy and reliable individual with a good sense of humour who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, including our entrepreneurial client base. The successful candidate will be organized and particular with respect to carriage of our real estate matters as well as our corporate client files.
