ConductLaw is growing once again.  We have an opening for a legal admin, a corporate clerk as well as a residential conveyancing legal assistant that has experience in all facets of a real estate transaction. The successful candidate(s) will be industrious, conscientious, organized, enthusiastic, and generally good natured. We are looking for people that are skilled at conveyancing from start to finish, and have an in depth knowledge of sales, purchases, refinancings and mortgages, with an ability to draft documents, register and/or discharge at Land Titles, along with an ability to prioritize a heavy work load, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Other duties will include reviewing/preparing general correspondence, creating and organizing corporations, drafting Wills and administering estates, drafting trust letters, reviewing /requesting/ordering certificates of title, title insurance, due diligence searches and related documents; recording important dates and diarizing and organizing closing funds.
